In 2006 January, Ross had her every taste in journalism in Connecticut, when she was hired as a production assistant at ESPN. After two years, she left the station and moved to South Carolina where she was hired as a news anchor and reporter at WMBF.
At the station, she edited produced, and reported the evening news show for nearly three years. She left the station in November 2010 and moved to Ohio where she was a News anchor and reporter at WSYX-TV, where she served as the morning fill-in solo main anchor for weekend evening shows. She moved to her hometown, Pittsburg in December 2012 as a freelance reporter at WTAE.
Ross served at the station for 2 years before joining WKYC-TV in Ohio a New Reporter. She left in September 2014 and joined WABC, where she worked as a news reporter for four years and four months before joining the current station in New York City.
