Colin Jost is an American Comedian, actor, and writer. He was born on June 29th, 1982, He’s appeared on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon TBS and the Just for Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal.
Colin has been a writer for Saturday Night Live since the year 2005 and also a weekend update co-anchor since 2014.
He also served as a Co-head writer from the year 2012 to 2015 and later in 2017 he came back as one of the head show editors.

Colin Jost Career
Jost started his career as a reporter and a copy editor for the Staten Island Advance. He, later on, worked as a writer in Nickelodeon animated show the short-lived, Kappa Mikey.
When he left the show he sent a writer packet and was hired at NBC’s Saturday Night Live in the year 2005 as a Writer.
He then worked as a writer supervisor from 2009 to the year 2012 and then from a writer supervisor to Co-head from 2012 to 2015 and also in the year 2017.
Jost in the year 2014 episodes on, 1st March replaced Seth Meyers as co-anchor on Late Night With Seth Meyers.
Colin also wrote the screenplay of the American comedy film “Staten Island Summer” where he also made his acting debut with the comedy.
In July 2020 Colin released a memoir entitled ” A Very Punchable Face.” the book was well received and later appeared on the New York Times Bestseller List.
