Evan joined Boston 25 News in July 2017. He began his journalism career at WKTV in Utica, New York. He has covered local and state politics including the prostitution scandal involving former Governor Eliot Spitzer.

One of his investigations into loopholes in background checks for prospective school district employees directly led to a change in state law. While in Connecticut, he was fortunate enough to be involved with countless community events and groups.
