Keith David Williams is an American actor and producer best known for his roles; as Arbiter in the Platoon Halo series and Childs in The Thing. He has appeared in a number of prominent films, including; Dead Presidents, There’s Something About Mary, Crash, Barbershop, and Men at Work.

Keith David Career
When Keith was nine years old, he came to realize that he could act and took part in acting’ Wizard of Oz’ as the coward lion. Being a young boy, he used to take part in choir singing. Keith David attended Manhattan Famed High school, where he studied performing Arts then later enrolled at Julliard School’s Drama Division and eventually graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1979.
He got hired to take part in Coriolanus, written by Shakespeare as a Tullus Aufidius, out of the study. And has taken part in acting some certain movies that have won him famous awards. The year 1986 was full of blessings to Keith as it began with him playing the part of a King in ‘Platoon.’ His role earned him an Oscar award.
In the 1980s, he took part in acting ‘Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood as Keith the Carpenter from South wood. Keith David appeared in other films such as The Quick and the Dead, and also They Live, where he reunited with the Thing’s Director John Carpenter, Men at Work, ,Manned for Death, as well as Stars and Bars.
Coming 1995, he took a role in Dead Presidents, where he acted as Kirkby. We see him acting as a father in a romantic film, known as Mr. Mrs. Smith and has also appeared in solo movies like Requiem for a Dream, where he worked as Big Tim
Later in the 1980s film, he has appeared several times in a television series called The Job, where he acted as Lieutenant Williams. In 2004, then featured several times in a film made for ABC known as The Big House. In 2010,later took part in the Chain Letter horror movie Jim Crenshaw. There are many other films Keith has featured, such as Jelly’s Last Jam, Cloud Atlas, Enlisted and Greenleaf, just to mention a few.
