She was an investigative reporter at FOX13 Memphis where she walked miles with protesters following the death of George Floyd and covered the police reforms changes that followed.
She has won a 2021 Regional Murrow Award for her two-part series, ”Black in America; Generational Pain and Healing” highlighting the experience of four generations of Memphis men about racial inequity. She was the Government Reporter for Spectrum News in Charlotte, NC, a statewide hyperlocal cable station before coming to Memphis.
During her time in Charlotte, she covered the 2016 Republican National Convention and Democratic National Convention and Charlotte’s bid for the 2020 Republican National Convention.
