She served as a meteorologist and reporter, with her first stint at the station starting as a writer under the late Hal Fishman, an Los Angeles news legend, on his One-hour news show, KTLA 5 News at 10.
She has also served on the Central Coast reporting on Santa Barbara County for KCOY-TV/KKFX-TV. She was recognized by California Government. Jerry Brown for outstanding reporting in a series of pieces on the Santa Barbara County Probation Department.
She was then hired as the weekday morning news anchor in Palm Springs for KMIR-TV.
