American sportscaster Neil Everett Morfitt goes by his full name. He presently works for ESPN as a sportscaster. Neil is well recognized for co-anchoring SportsCenter’s West Coast edition with Stan Verrett.
He started his radio career at Florence, Oregon Coast’s KCST-FM. Neil, however, decided to take a sabbatical from the media industry and relocated to Hawaii, where he spent fifteen years working as a sports administrator at Hawaii Pacific University.

In July 2000, he started working for ESPN as SportsCenter and ESPNEWS’s anchor. Before that, beginning in March 2009, Neil worked for the new Los Angeles Production Facility of the business. He and Stan Verrett co-hosted SportsCenter at one in the morning ET while he was there.
After spending 15 years at several affiliates in Honolulu, Neil joined ESPN. He was employed by CBS affiliate KGMB-TV. He was there to anchor the daily newscasts and serve as the sports director.
