Wale Aliyu is a well-known American journalist who is currently serving as a reporter for Boston 25 News team since August 2019 after spending three years covering news in the Big Apple. He is an Emmy award-winning journalist, who is thrilled to be living in Boston covering breaking news and sharing stories that matter most to New Englanders.
Before joining Boston 25, he served WNBC in New York City as the reporter. He was on the frontlines of breaking news including two helicopter crashes, a fire at Trump Tower, multiple New Year’s Eve celebrations, and a run of suspicious packages that turned up throughout the city.
