Zinhle Essamuah is an American journalist who has been working on NBC News. Currently, she is serving as a correspondent for NBC News on NBC News NOW. Earlier she was a correspondent at Now This News. She further anchored  KnowThis, which is a daily news show.

In addition, she has two younger brothers who are namely Zikomo and Zachary. The family resided in Massachusetts until Zinhle was 11 and has been in Maryland for seven years. Her granny faced dictator Idi Amin’s oppressive jurisdiction in Uganda.
