Following his high school heroics, he played in the United States Hockey League for the Des Moines Buccaneers. Again here Kevin was phenomenal. Outstandingly, Kevin was chosen as both the Most Valuable and Most Famous Player.
After college, Kevin coached boys’ hockey at his alma mater in Burnsville. He then went to Mounds View High School. In the late 1990s, Kevin came back to collegiate sports. He was serving as the first coach of the women’s hockey team at St. Thomas, a post he held till 2007.
