Yes, Tracy McCool is married to her loving and wonderful husband John McCool. The duo got married on December 21, 2002. Unfortunately, her husband suffers from stage 4 colon cancer. The couple has two children. A daughter, Cassidy, and a son, Carter. They live in Cleveland, Ohio. The family has two dogs, Samson and Nikko.

John was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer in October 2019. Unfortunately, it was found that it had already spread to his spine and stomach. Doctors confirmed he’d had it for quite a while. Consequently, has undergone all kinds of treatments.
As a result, John has worn out his chemo pump. Besides surviving two gamma knife surgeries of the brain. In addition to scopes, scans, and a few trips to the Emergency Room. John’s colon cancer metastasized to his brain.
Luckily, after undergoing radiation treatment his most recent MRI showed that the brain spots are much smaller. Thus there is nothing new. Currently, her husband is doing fine. He is waiting for another CT scan to monitor his progress. Meanwhile, he is continuing with Chemotherapy treatment to kill cancer.
